The homepage opens with compelling social proof: over 400 satisfied customers, speeds up to 400Mb, and 24/7 technical support—all presented in an easy-to-scan grid format that builds immediate trust and credibility.
What sets LAPPA apart is its authentic storytelling. The "About Us" section doesn't just list company facts—it tells the powerful origin story of how a founder's encounter with digital discrimination sparked a mission to bring internet access to Costa Rica's most remote communities. This narrative approach transforms a typical ISP into a champion of digital inclusion.

The site excels in practical usability with clear coverage maps showing exactly where LAPPA operates, from Guanacaste to Cartago, with detailed breakdowns of fiber optic versus wireless coverage areas. This transparency helps potential customers immediately understand if the service is available in their location.
Pricing is presented clearly and competitively, with three distinct tiers (General Wireless, Small Cell Wireless, and Fiber Optic) ranging from ₡10,000 to ₡30,000 monthly.
